J	Justin Szczerba on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I use this branch cause it's close to my home but I wont be anymore! Everytime I go into this branch they treat me like a criminal. Since when does a customer depositing CASH with a debit card and PIN require ID?? And on top of it, 5 workers sitting at tills and they tell me I require an appointment to deposit cash into my own account. Thinking it's time to move banks. Brutal
R	Ryan Fjeld on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im a brand new ATB member and I'm not from Airdrie and put in my GPS to goto this branch. No mention of ABM not working. Cold and get there and an employees (young Asian man waiting to get into the building for work)and young white lady with dark long hair that didn't help me or talk to me and tell me where another ATB was or where another ABM was. I know the branch was closed but you can still talk to people and help them before 9:00am. Thank you will figure it out. Hope my future experiences are better.
J	Jessica Nawrot on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ if your curious how your banking information gets distributed... the loud conversations being had on the phone here, could be a good start. opened up an account, based on the slogan ... "atb listens". well, I've learnt in the 2 months I've had the account, the listen enough, then help those that actually benefit them . kind of like a homeless shelter. I called the 1800# and they couldn't find my bank account over the phone . with a phone number. I updated when I lost mine, found out your online info doesn't update the system threwout. fun . I got a call later that day, from this branch regarding my account. trying to get me to stay and find out the problems. let me tell you, the 3 years me and my kids been struggling with homelessness, the no bank card threw RBC, come with a lot less stress and headache. much better security system and team that tackles bank account hacks... thanks for the 40$ charge to close the accounts. I've had times with RBC too, but they actually did something to fix their faults.
D	Dante Yang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Devon is the best. She double checked for me while I try to deposit money from Atb to BMO, and she is patient and right. Lucky that I did not bet on the info what BMO gave me. Otherwise I might just give someone a whole bunch money. Thanks Devon!

F	Francisco Rivera on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My dad went to do a deposit for his account to Capital One, and the employee Keegan made the mistake of depositing the money to another account that wasn't my dad's, then didn't say anything then when my dad realized about the employee's mistake, he went to confront him and make him change the money. The employee Keegan simply replied "I can't do it" "It would take 90 days" so the mistake of this employee, is now taking us to make over 5 calls just trying to get this resolved, and bunch of time wasted and of course Capital One they can't do anything about it unless the bank corrects the mistake, so simply a circle of "we can't help you" And giving responsibility to somebody else. Please ATB try to train your employees better so this silly mistakes don't happen, because it was an over 2000 dls mistake.

I have talked to customer service and they have had the branch manager involved. No resolution. I really hope they find my money and it is redeposited soon or I will be changing banks and contacting police for stolen money.

Booked an appointment to see a financial advisory, was able to get in within two days of booking, and I love that they offer Saturday appointments. My husband and I met with Sherri and she was incredibly helpful and kind. We finally feel a weight lifted and we owe a big thanks to Sherri and ATB for helping us get on top of our finances.
