S	Shannon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this body shop for a repair because Intact Insurance recommended them. I regret wholeheartedly coming here. Tristen made his assumption that part of the damage on the rear quarter panel was from a prior accident - then informed Intact. Because of his assumption, they disapproved fixing the damages. He had the audacity to call me and act dumb, said “I’m not sure why they didn’t approve” etc when HE was the one who told them. Kind of shady. Going back and forth on this issue has been an ordeal. Bought the car Jan 24 and get sideswiped on Jan 28th. I wouldn’t have bought the car if there were prior damages and even if there were, I’d make sure the dealership fixes it before delivery. I stand my ground, the damages were sustained from my accident. It’s unfortunate how one useless opinion can impact the approval. Who is he to say that? He didn’t even ask me about the car’s history. If I had taken my vehicle elsewhere, the shop would’ve fixed it no questions asked. *Damon, the manager, was helpful and kind. He resolved one of the other issues I was having. I appreciate him. Update May 11: Damon reached out and apologized for what had happened and assured me actions were taken. I can tell he’s very sincere and takes his job seriously. I had a great experience dealing with him. Thank you for making me feel slightly better about this ordeal ?.

They advised it would take 4 days for the repair but actually got it done in just 1 day. I got my car back repaired and cleaned, and had no quarrels with anyone about anything. Would recommend especially if going thru insurance.

I dropped my car off on a Thursday and it was ready the following Tuesday. Quick turn around for sure. When I arrived to the shop a gentleman from the vehicle rental place got me set up in a rental and Assured took my car in. I was texted updates along the way and when I came to get my car it was ready to go. A slight hood adjustment was needed but they took care of it right away. Even sent me home with a complimentary bottle of windshield washer fluid. I wouldn’t hesitate to come here again. Ok now a word about the workmanship. While I don’t have a lot of experience with auto body repairs I can see on my car that they did a nice job. They replaced my front fender as it was aluminum and matched the paint up beautifully. Looks like new but doesn’t stick out like it’s different then the rest of the car. Excellent workmanship. Lucas and Brian were very helpful. Thanks for taking care of my vehicle.

I brought my car in and received a quote for repairs which was not within my budget, and was pleasantly surprised when they adjusted the quote to address only the urgent repairs. This enabled the work to be done within my budget. The work was done quickly and expertly and I was treated in a respectful, courteous manner. I would highly recommend Assured Scarborough Nissan to anyone!
