J'ai changer de courtier après qu une employée ai monter le ton après moi ,car elle me croyait pas que je pouvais avoir mes assurances pour moins de 500.00$ ...que eux.En plus les derniers temps on recevais nos renouvellements d assurances que 7 à 10jrs avant la date d échéance....alors qu'il faut un minimum de 1 mois. On a toléré...mais il y a des limites.
I had been at insurance broker for several years .... I had excellent service from them until there was a change of staff. I changed broker after an employee went up after me, because she did not believe that I could have my insurance for less than $ 500.00 ... that them.In addition to the last time we received our renewals of insurance only 7 to 10 days before the due date .... while it takes a minimum of 1 month. We tolerated ... but there are limits.
