★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible prenez garde! Je résilie une assurance-vie par écrit, par courriel, par téléphone en Octobre 2019 et je me fais prélever par Desjardins $2,200 de mon compte en janvier 2020. JAMAIS plus je ne ferai confiance à Desjardins déjà que tous nos renseignements se balades sur les serveurs du black web.
Très mauvais service à la clientèle très très. Après de nombreux appels, de communications écrites nous n’avons eu aucun suivi de notre demande. Aucune confirmation écrite aucun suivi téléphonique.
Walmart offre un meilleur service à la clientèle. Triste à constater que Desjardins n’est qu’un fleuron fané .....
Vous ne méritez pas notre argent encore moins notre confiance. Décevant, piètrement décevant.
 Terrible beware! I cancel a life insurance policy in writing, by email, by telephone in October 2019 and I am taking by Desjardins $ 2,200 from my account in January 2020 NEVER again will I will trust Desjardins already that all our information is riding on servers web black.
Very poor customer service very highly. After many calls, written communications we have had no follow our request. No confirmation in writing no telephone follow.
Walmart offers better customer service. Sad to see that Desjardins is only a faded jewel .....
You do not deserve our money let alone our confidence. Disappointing, poorly disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Réclamation simple et rapide pour maladie grave, très bon soutien de l'équipe, le conseiller s'est déplacé en personne pour me remettre mon chèque et l'infirmière est sympathique et empathique. Je donne 4 étoiles parce que le délai d'attente téléphonique est élevé. Un peu long avant d'avoir un agent assigné mais une fois fait, tout a été traité rapidement. Demande envoyée en juin et règlement fait en août.
Simple and quick claim for serious illness, very good support from the team, the counselor came in person to give me my check and the nurse is friendly and empathetic. I am giving 4 stars because the phone timeout is high. A little long before having an assigned agent but once done everything was dealt with quickly. Request sent in June and payment made in August.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sent them official documents... Apparently they are not responsible of recieving anything.
They told me to call my insurance in Montreal and ask them where is my package that I sent to Desjardins' adress in Levis, QC.
I will figure this out in a month through my insurance, but I will make sure that it's TD bank or BMO who will be reimbursing my next expenses at my next health insurance.
