Very poor language towards customers and residences.
Called this building to ask if it was okay to deliver a letter that I received in the mail for my grandparents, was told it was alright if I dropped it off.
The Blonde Screener started yelling and cursing that I wasn't allow on the property or to drop anything off because I would infect everybody in the building.
Bad enough news that we found out that a family member had recently passed. now I worry for my grandparents living in this place.
Very disrespectful and ignorant.
Wouldn't recommend this place at all. feel bad that there are people actually staying here.
