★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It saved my mom. Highly recommend APC’s iHelp service. It’s a portable device that my 90 year old mom used to get help when she got lost in Chinatown. The call centre patiently calmed her down and directed her to a safe place and wait for my pick up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had to upgrade our alarm system because it was outdated and John recommended to install new smoke detectors so that it would be connected to the new alarm system to be monitored. We did and was so grateful when the smoke detector went off last night at 3 am. The alarm monitoring company called us and all of our back ups but everyone was sleeping so they alerted the fire department to come. If we didn't have the fire detector hooked up or monitored, the fire department would not have been come and helped us to get all the smoke out of our house. This was a God sent and a blessing to have it installed.
