Philip Ma Insurance - Richmond

I had the worst ever accounting service experience with Philip Ma. This man is very unprofessional, disorganized and careless. He just can't file your tax properly. He keeps making errors and oversights with my tax return. His excuse was that he is too busy and he forgets. He also blames the problem on me and raises his fees. When question/discrepancy arises with my NOA involving RRSP and HBP, he never called me back to give a proper explanation and never attempted to resolve the issue. After finally chasing for several times, his response to me was that "you should call and figure this out on your own with CRA!" He did not want to be responsible for his error and did not rectify the problem at all. Finally he brushed me off and said "Don't hire me to file your tax next time!" I was deeply appalled by his words. What a nightmare to deal with this man. Stay away!! The tax service Mr. Philip Ma gave me was extremely poor. His attitude was very unprofessional, disorganized, and cost me my tax return. Ended up messing up my tax return. His excuse was that he was too busy, and shirk the problem, which also increased the cost of his services. When I got a letter from the CRA and asked him about the RRSP and HBP's legacy, he didn't call me back to explain or help me with my questions. When I finally called him again, his response turned out to be "Call the IRS yourself!" He was very irresponsible. He also said, "Don't ask me to file your taxes next time!" I was shocked by what he said, it was a horrible experience, really never ask him to file your taxes again.
