★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am really happy with the service and communication from Ashes Away. The boss kept in touch with us about arrival time and Dan was courteous and highly skilled. He rolled out a protective mat from our door to the fireplace and removed all ash and creosote from the chimney without causing dust in our house. He was efficient and left our chimney spotless. I highly recommend this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not only was Bill extremely knowledgeable in his approach to all of my questions, he was efficient, personable, and punctual. He and his team use a service that confirms appointments through text the day before, and the day of; allowing me to schedule things accordingly.
I’ve had my chimney cleaned for several years by him, Dan, and now his new apprentice; 10/10 would recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bill and his colleague cleaned and inspected our chimney today. When I originally called to book they returned my call straight away, were able to book our appointment within a few days and sent reminder & 'en route' texts to keep me up to date. I was impressed with their level of communication. They rolled out a runner to keep our house and floors clean while doing their work. It worked in the kitchen nearby and it was nice to hear Bill teaching his younger colleague as they worked. Nice to see! They left the fireplace area spotless, you wouldn't have known they were there. I would not hesitate to use their services again.
