★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent facility with a variety of high quality coaches and specialty services, including high level martial arts training, acro arts as well as amazing strength and conditioning. Head guy Ian Holmes is a wealth of information. Phenomenal place for phenomenal people.

A very welcoming place. Don't forget to try all aspects of this gym including yoga.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the yoga classes! The class sizes are small making for a very intimate and relaxed class. The teachers are all very good and the kind of people you want to spend an hour with after work.
I've never been to the gym! But the facility looks awesome!
