I have been receiving Chiropractic treatment from Dr. Nicole Cook. I enjoy and appreciate the friendly profession treatment I receive at Arora. Not just from Nicole but all of the staff working there. Always a good experience from the online booking process, to reception, to treatment and billing. Highly Recommended!

I have been working with Ashley, one of the athletic therapists at Arora Family Chiropractic for pain in my upper shoulder/trap. muscle. After 8 years of constant numbness and shooting pains, I have finally seen improvement, after only a few weeks of treatment. Ashley is a great person to work with, and is always happy to answer any questions I have. She has catered my treatment plan so that it is not only the most effective, but also something I enjoy and am comfortable doing. I highly recommend going to her for any pain you may have!

I have arm numbness and neck pain issues more than a year and theyre getting worse, so I decide to visit Dr. Arora. Although I speak good English, Dr. Arora and Dan take the time to answer my questions and explain things throughly in a way that I could understand. After the first treatment I literally feel a BIG difference. I’m very impressed and I should come early. I give a five star review and recommend to everyone who needs.

When I first came to Arora Family Chiropractic I was in acute pain. I had done something to my back to cause it to go into such awful spasms that it reminded me of when I was in labor having intense contractions. I could barely move and at the recommendation of a friend I went to see Dr Nicole Cook. She got me in right away and even offered to see me twice in that first day since I was in so much pain. I was nervous and holding back tears but Dr. Cook was so gentle and patient with me, talking me through exactly what she was going to do, ensuring that I felt comfortable and giving me permission to tell her if I wasn't ready or too scared or wanting to try a different approach. I felt I could trust her and was pretty desperate and allowed her to adjust me the best way she saw fit. It only took a couple of treatments for things to start feeling remarkably better. What I really appreciated was that between appointments she would email me to follow up and check in on how I was doing. This meant a lot and I genuinely felt cared for. My experience was such a positive one that I ended up bringing my daughters to see Dr. Cook as well, just for a check up. Not only is she fantastic with adults, but she is exceptionally gifted at interacting with children as well. My one daughter was congested and the other had been complaining of head aches, and there were noticeable differences in both my girls after their adjustments (which they liked to call tickle massages since the adjustments were gentler in that way). I'm honestly amazed at how each of our bodies were able to heal and reset back so quickly. I have such faith in what Arora Family Chiropractic does and recommend them to you without hesitation! In fact even my husband now wants to book an appointment after seeing the results on the rest of us! The ladies at the front reception area are also lovely and make you feel so welcome. It really is such a peaceful and friendly atmosphere in there and I am grateful to have found a chiropractor for our family that we can look forward to having in our lives now!

I go to see Dr. Arora because I have Dowager's Hump. Dr. Arora is a nice doctor and he is very patient to understand me. He did an exam to know my condition, explained what he is going to do with the treatment. Everyone in the clinic is nice. I feel and see that I’m getting better and better. Thank you Dr. Arora. Dr.Cook is amazing ! I have been seeing her for a few years. Professional and incredibly caring person and she does a great job. I was previously nervous about chiropractic and I am so glad that I come to her regularly now; it makes a huge difference in my flexibility and overall health.

The whole team was incredibly welcoming, as they assisted you with all of your concerns and needs. The whole experience was amazing from how Dr. Arora treated my concerns with my lower back and a brief treatment with Curtis Humeniuk regarding my knee pain and both have helped my body tremendously. I also had a treatment with Dr. Cook while Dr. Arora was out and she was able treat me as Dr. Arora would. The whole team operated very professionally and would 10/10 recommend.
