M	Matt Kempt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. T and his team are a godsend, I'd give more than 5 stars if it was possible! I came here thinking my cat (Cal) was needing to be put down after basically being told he would need expensive surgery or to be surrendered by another vet. Dr. T gave Cal an exam and was very confident that he could help him and that invasive surgery wouldn't be required. I'll never forget what he said: "I'm not here to sell you anything or force you to get treatments, I'm here to advocate when I think I can help my patient (my cat)." The whole Arnold Crescent team went above and beyond helping and healing Cal. I've never felt such care and concern from a vet clinic team before. From multiple check in calls to personally reaching out to see how my cat and myself were doing, I can't even begin to thank the whole team. Cal is now back to 100% and that's all thanks to Dr. T and his team! Bring your pets here if you want a vet team who treats them like their own animals. Huge thank you from myself and Cal, we will see you guys soon!

They saw me and I had to put my bunny down but they were very professional and helpful. Thank you for helping me today on one of the toughest days. Need more offices like yours

She was exceptional, really good at explaining the situation and always giving us updates, transparent about pricing and super understanding. Wish we had found her sooner! Also the staff were all nice, we unfortunately had to put my dog to sleep and they mailed me a handwritten signed card. Very sweet.

I tried Arnold Crescent because of their positive Google reviews and because of their weekend availability. Every member of staff have been so kind to both myself and my pet. They have been very flexible and accommodating with scheduling, which has been a lifesaver. I would recommend them without hesitation.

I tried switching to a couple of vet clinics in the past as I moved away from the neighbourhood but I always came back to Arnold Crescent Animal Hospital. I am never switching to another clinic because it is convenient. You want vets that are top-notch; truly care for your pets and compassionate. I have been taking my dogs to see Dr Dewey, Dr Tarable and lately Dr Hung for 29 years. Enough said.
C	Chris Dafos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Janice was by far the most compassionate and caring Veterinarian that I have EVER met. She saved my cat. .. It was New Years eve and my cat wasn't doing so great. I was turned away from my regular vet and the emergency pet hospitals in the area were all full unwilling to take her in... It was recommended that I contact Arnold Crescent through Cannon Hill Animal hospital because they were at full capacity that day as well,.. Not only were they willing to take my cat in and be treated for here illness immediately but it was the care that they showed me for my best friend. Thank you so much Arnold Cres and especially Dr Janice who in my books will be a part of my family going forward :) Eternally grateful!
