People standing outside of store waiting to get in while people leaving the store they still wouldn't let others in.
Upon waiting for almost 30 mins when we're about to get in and they asked us to wear masks. No signs posted outside.
Ridiculous people working in store, especially the lady on door.

They asked if I made an appointment which I didn't and then told me I would have to wait outside the store even though there were no customers inside the store. This is the second time I've been turned away by Armani. Hated that the employee there looked at me up and down first before saying I couldn't go in yet, as if he assumed I had no money to spend or something. Went to Hugo Boss, Burberry and other stores and was never turned away or treated like that. Will never shop at Armani again! They were so condescending.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst experience. They don’t allow you inside the store and you have to take appointments. They call it private shopping experience but do they know the meaning of private shopping?
We bought blazer which was more than 1500+ and yet when I came home and saw there was no suit bag.
Even a small store gives you a garment bag.
Awefull experience.
Very rude staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time we came 2 weeks ago we couldn't come in as appointment was needed even though the store was empty. Yesterday we came, appointment was not needed but store required masks. We didn't have any as they're not mandatory anymore in BC, but the store couldn't provide any as they were out of them. So second time we couldn't come in and shop. This store is doing everything it can to keep people out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really bad retail sales strategy. They refused me entry unless I booked an appointment with a Sales associate. This is an outlet mall?? I buy a lot of suits every year but I don’t like to be followed around and harassed while I look at what you have in stock. Then I will decide if I want help. This is not customer centric. Super poor service. I will shop else where.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even buying expensive jacket and blazers they say it’s company policy that they cannot provide garment covers regardless the cost of the item. The manager was of no help. I bought 3 jackets and they couldn’t spare a single garment cover. The manager zalin was of no help. Shop else where if you want some service.
