They are a great honest company that takes pride in completing the work: fireproofing, firestopping, EIFS, spray foam, carbon fibre strips, traffic topping, stucco, intumescent paint, to an international accepted standard. With some of the top trades in there field Aries Contracting is great at finding solutions to unique issues. I have the highest respect for the team at Aries Contracting and their excellent quality of work. I would highly recommend them for any scale jobs regarding their scope of work.

Our situation was that a previous EIFS stucco application performed on our home as part of a major renovation did not pass city inspection. The warranty on the installation was not enforceable as the main contractor declared bankruptcy. After evaluating a number of quotes for the stucco’s replacement, we chose Aries Contracting as they demonstrated the most knowledge of EIFS stucco application issues we faced. They immediately recognized the deficiencies of the previous installation and, in consultation with an engineering firm and us, developed a plan for its removal and replacement. This included temporarily winterizing the home and cleanup during the project. The project was closely supervised and coordinated on an almost daily basis, with each stage performed by separate specialized crews. The project was completed in reasonable time (considering weather and COVID-19 issues) and to the satisfaction of the consulting engineering firm. The only complaint we had is with one of the subcontractors who was a bit overzealous with the caulking of the windows. We would also personally call out the supervisor “Ash” for having done such a great job in managing and expediting the whole project.
