My experience have been very bad, aside from the hygienists, everything is terrible: from a rude receptionist with a big attitude to a poor dental service. I was in pain for three months after a simple filling and you have to wait for the receptionist that take her sweet time proccessing payments and insurance paper work....I am not coming back!

Firstly they were so accommodating! I had woken up with a locked jaw and was in a lot of pain. They had assured me they can correct the issue and encourage me to walk in at my convenience. I was pleasantly greeted by receptionist Amanda and assistant Honey; they were wonderful! Shortly after meeting the staff I met Dr. Pouriya Motahari; he was amazing! He explained the procedure and painlessly correct my jaw in a few minutes. I was soo relieved and was able to open my mouth immediately!! I am soo glad to have found this dental office and encourage everyone to see for themselves!! Thank you soo much :)
P	Prem Gautam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had recently visited archer dental little italy for my wisdom tooth extraction. What I really loved was the professionalism and care shown by Dr Pouriya Motahari. He made the whole experience easy going for me and quelled all my nervousness. He spoke to me before, during and after the extraction to confirm that I was calm and I had no issues. Thanks to him for staying late for me and help me get those painful tooth out even after his hectic schedule. Some may say it is his duty but hey it was post work hours. All in all 5 stars from me for the humble Dr. Pouriya and the very soft spoken nurse Honey.

The reception and hygienists are always so friendly and fun to talk to, creating a welcoming environment. Yesterday I had a cavity filling done by Dr. Motahari and Honey and they were an incredible team, communicating all the details of the procedure and they gave me some extra freezing when I requested it - they were eager to ensure that I was not going to feel any pain whatsoever. My tooth filling (something I wasn't looking forward to) was basically as relaxing as getting a haircut. Near the start of COVID a couple years ago, I had a more complex operation with removal of 2 impacted wisdom teeth expertly handled by Dr Metwally and it was very smooth and pain-free, even though I was not under any anaesthesia. I was glad that I was given the option to listen to music on my headphones to distract myself from the sounds of the procedure. Thank you Archer Dental!

I have had a series of challenging appointments including: 2 extractions / a significant repair to my denture as well as cleaning and a filling in the last 3 months. They have been so kind and generous in their kindness and their consistent communications with me to explain all of these procedures and sustain their attention to my comfort as a patient. The hygienists/staff are very friendly and genuine. I appreciate that Dr. Pouriya has a sense of humour and always take his time to explain things and answers all my questions. In regards to the comments about the receptionist: She's just a straight to the point kind of person, which apparently isn't for everyone.
