C	Chantal Plourde on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've had a lot of dental work done over the years and I'm really happy with my experience at Bathurst Western Dental recently. With Covid, they take every precaution starting with a pre-screening questionnaire, then having the receptionist meet you at the door and take your temperature. The waiting room and reception have plexiglass walls and they only take one patient at a time each time I've gone. The room itself has zippered plastic curtains on the doorway and a HEPA filter in the corner. The Dentist and hygienist are very friendly and I was in and out quickly every time. They also do direct billing which some offices aren't processing due to Covid. Plus they gifted me with a electric toothbrush on my first visit! So happy this office opened in such a convenient location.

All of the staff are extremely friendly and welcoming.The numerous covid-19 related precautions and cleanly dental office made me feel safe and comfortable. Great service all around!

I just moved into town and I didn’t realize what I was missing comparing my previous dentist to the team at Bathurst Western. The space very hygienic, the dental technology is top notch, the people are friendly and the location offers parking on site.

J	James Nestruck on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried switching to this dentist office close to my house because of the stellar Google reviews so feel I responsibility to weigh in with one of my own. The office is beautiful, everyone working is kind and likeable, but the dentist I saw found four cavities in my mouth - and I regret not getting a second opinion before having three of them filled given I've only ever had a few cavities in my whole life and I was not in any pain or discomfort. The work that was done has, instead, left me in pain for the past two months. I eventually returned to my old dentist, who made some modifications that have made that pain manageable so I'm not popping Advil constantly. I understand mistakes can be made and there can unexpected complications... But when my old dentist looked at my X-rays, she told me she would not personally have done anything to two of the teeth I had filled. And the fourth cavity that Bathurst Western told me I had and was going to fill at a later date? My old dentist said it did not need any action. So, if you go and are told you have a mouth full of cavities, definitely get a second opinion. I regret switching from my longtime trusted dentist because this office was more convenient.

The office was very clean, everyone was incredibly nice (shout out to Rhea, my Hygienist at the 1st appointment), the cleaning and checkup was very thorough, I never felt like they were rushing me and they never tried to push services on me and bonus, you can watch Netflix on the TV that's on the ceiling, while getting your teeth cleaned. It was an amazing experience, so much so that I'm actually looking forward to my next appointment.
