Dr.Wissa is very professional, knowledgeable and kind. Fun Fact: Her clinic has a reserved spot underground, spot #156 which you don't even have to pay for ! :)

The equipment was very advanced and clean. Of the 4 or 5 optometrists I've visited in my life, she was by far the best.

They are crazy expensive, rip you off with a ONE HUNDRED AND TWENTY FIVE fees as compared to normal charge of seventy five any where. The receptionist ABEER is rude and also will not hesitate to rip you off with the expensive possible for a pair of lenses. The doctor WISSA is polite but does nothing extra ordinary for such high fees. They do not have a variety of frames. Also, I don't trust my prescription, I believe ABEER manipulated it!! I hate that it was such a loss of time and money. Now I have to go for another eye check up. This whole experience was disgusting and I wish I could get my money back!!

They left a note saying they were on lunch 2-3pm. Still waiting out there at 3:15, I call and no answer, place is still black. They let me in at 3:20ish. I sit there until 3:45 then they tell me there doctor is late and will be there within another hour. Thanks for making me wait almost an hour to finally tell me that. Couldn't stay so I had to reschedule. Very rude and inconsiderate service.

I’m a senior and when my visit was over, I was surprised with a fee that they charged me for something I didn’t ask for or was told to me in advance that it was a chargeable service. I have canceled my follow up exam for this year.

They saved your check up history even it was few years ago so it was really convenient for me to just go for a glasses later. The receptionist Abbeer, she is amazing. She always tries her best to help you with everything and respond quickly and make you feel relieved. I’m really happy with the service and quality of products that I got from them.
