★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We wanted to replace our old wooden deck with a new, low/no maintenance option. After consulting several companies and independent contractors we found Mark at Arbutus Sundecks. He immediately impressed with the promptness of his response, clear knowledge of the options and dedication to doing quality work on time and on budget.
We had our project done during the Covid-19 health restrictions and Mark went above and beyond in ensuring the safety of everyone involved. Our project took one week to complete and the worksite was left tidy and contain each day. The clean-up at the end of the project was great and the finished result is better than we had hoped.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used Arbutus Sundecks to replace two vinyl decks on my house. I interviewed several contractors however Mark was undoubtedly the most helpful and knowledgable. The company did excellent work. The vinyl product they used is extremely durable and long lasting, and they have tremendous capabilities when it comes to carpentry and repairs of the underlying decking and railings. Also, Mark's after sales services is great. He has returned twice to advise me on other issues related to my decks and I think he really cares about the long term relationship with his customers.
