Special thanks to Pat Berardo of the facility team for helping out with the repairs in the apartments and maintaining our building. His friendliness and the effective delivery of support is greatly appreciated.

Pros:
- staff is very professional and helpful
- the building is quite new (around 2018?)
- Arbora has a small "park"/square which is a really nice place to hang-out. Has dining tables etc
- Pet friendly. It's a very nice place to have your pets (I have two medium sized dogs). Almost everyone has pets. The small park is very nice to walk your pet
- Gym is small but has good equipment
- there is a place where you can shower you dog =)
Cons:
- No terrace
- Arbora 2 has an external pool but is not accessible for Arbora 1/3 tenants
TLDR: highly recommended if you're moving to Griffingtown!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I just moved to Arbora last week and couldn't have asked for a better experience from the moment we toured the building to the day of our move-in. The incredible customer attention we received from Xiaomu was a large part of our decision to move in here (though the building is beautiful). We also received great help from Giovanni and Maria. The staff in general have been very friendly, prompt to respond to our emails and available when we needed them. It's a great place to live for young professionals, pet-friendly and amazing location in Griffintown near the Lachine Canal. Some dust and construction noise during the day but the sound-proofing has been really good so far and it hasn't bothered us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great experience with the leasing team when I went to visit the property and all through the leasing process. They answered all my questions quickly and helped me resolve any issues that came up. I am excited for my new apartment, it’s a beautiful place and tons of cute pets around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rapid responses, patience and kindness is what I received from Xiaomu during my search for apartments. I decided to go in another direction but Arbora 1 is an amazing option. It was a tough decision. If you are looking for a pet friendly apartment, this is a great option to look into, you would not regret it.
