Mélanie vous donne l'heure juste en toute honnêteté. Vous êtes libre de quitter si vous n'êtes pas satisfait, mais visiblement, ça n'arrivera pas. C'est un service personnalisé qui nous met en confiance et nous sommes très satisfaits.
 I highly recommend Mélanie if you want a mortgage broker who is really on your side and isn't afraid to tell the real stuff. Mélanie gives you the truth in all honesty. You are free to leave if you are not satisfied, but obviously that will not happen. It is a personalized service that gives us confidence and we are very satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ À la recherche d'un courtier hypothécaire, j'ai trouvé le profil de madame Lachaine sur le site de Planiprêt et lu les avis très positifs sur Google. Je ne regrette pas mon choix d'avoir fait affaire avec elle.
Dès le départ, j'ai eu un retour d'appel très rapide après avoir laissé un message sur son répondeur. Ensuite, elle a pris tout le temps nécessaire pour répondre à mes nombreuses questions et a su très bien vulgariser des concepts qui étaient flous pour moi. Je n'ai jamais senti qu'elle me jugeait ou qu'elle me pressait à en finir. Elle m'encourageait plutôt à poser mes questions. Je sentais qu'elle était heureuse de me donner un coup de main.
À travers chacune des étapes, jusqu'à la visite chez le notaire, elle communiquait avec moi par courriel ou par téléphone pour s'assurer que tout allait bien et pour voir si j'avais des questions supplémentaires.
Looking for a mortgage broker, I found Ms. Lachaine's profile on the Planiprêt site and read the very positive reviews on Google. I do not regret my choice to have done business with her.
From the start, I got a very quick call back after leaving a message on his answering machine. Then, she took all the time necessary to answer my many questions and was very good at popularizing concepts that were vague for me. I never felt that she was judging me or urging me to end it. Instead, she encouraged me to ask my questions. I felt she was happy to give me a hand.
Through each of the stages, up to the visit to the notary, she communicated with me by email or phone to make sure everything was going well and to see if I had any additional questions.

Elle nous a accompagné du début à la fin dans des démarches assez complexes puisque mon conjoint est travailleur autonome. Je ne sais pas si on aurait notre maison aujourd'hui si ce n'était pas d'elle. Elle nous a obtenu un très bon taux et plus de tout nous expliquer à toutes les étapes. Elle y a vraiment mis du temps et de l'énergie et elle s'assure de faire un suivi avec nous après l'achat, à tous les six mois. Je n'ai jamais vu un courtier aussi dévoué. Je la recommande chaudement.
Mélanie was a big help. I didn't know her before doing business with her. She accompanied us from start to finish in quite complex procedures since my spouse is self-employed. I don't know if we would have our house today if it wasn't for her. She got us a great rate and more than explaining everything to us at all stages. She really put her time and energy into it and she makes sure to follow up with us after the purchase, every six months. I have never seen such a dedicated broker. I highly recommend her.
