S	S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful and horrible Chinese landlords + family business I assume. They do many illegal stuffs and they are forcing tenants to pay extra money. AVOID THIS COMPANY. HORRIBLE PLACE, AWFUL HUMANS.
A	Airaloo Estrera on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is by far the worst management ever. Staff are very unprofessional. The units are old and not renovated even repainting for the apartment is never done for a new tenant to live. In my case the previous tenant lived for 5 years and yet there was no repair or renovation done when we transferred. The walls are cracked, defective smoke detector, no exhaust in kitchen and worst in the bathroom resulting to have so many molds! The bathroom is so old and verrrry dirty. The shower vibrates, makes a loud sound ending up having a fight with my neighbour because they get disturbed with the noise. Heater is not on during fall season even the temp in the apartment drops to 7-9degrees, that also goes during spring the temp outside is -2 they still turn it off and gives us a reason that it is “spring season”!!! They have a keyless entry which gets deactivated with no reason. In our case it happened when there office will about to close so the secretary will tell you “our maintenance is already not available” call locksmith? Like how could you tell your tenant these things? After a while nobody has answered in the office and we ended up calling the police. My list goes on... I could type a novel about the complaints of their management. If you ever decide to live in one of their apartments try to search for a better one or if not brace yourself with their unprofessionalism.
J	Jonathan Durrant on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay away!! It is an Orwellian experience living under these terrible landlords Jine and Daniel Li. In my 2 years I had: an 8-month cockroach infestation, 10's of water shutdowns, months of a broken fire-alarm whilst they did construction as well as many maintenance requests ignored. They refused to return my deposit and when I did a lease transfer they tried to sign the person up to another apartment (without even informing her). They took her money for her first months rent and just held onto it without confirming the transfer. I finally had to sue them at the Regie Du Logement to ensure that I get my deposit back and have the law followed RE the lease transfer. These people are some of the worst people I have dealt with in my life - petty, aggressive, punitive, nasty and most importantly - they literally scoff at you when you quote the law.
E	Ereka Divine on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish there was ZERO STAR. This is the most terrible and heinous place I have ever lived in . I regret not looking up the google reviews before moving here, the management is so terrible, nonchalant and awful. When we saw the place we asked if renovations would be made and we were told yes, but when we moved in we met the most pig style appartement one could ever see, it was not even cleaned , we had to clean, fix and do all the work ourselves and when we let the management know they ignored our emails. The appartement building is infested with cockroaches, rats , and many other crawling insects( THE management refuses to do nothing about it) . And if you get to mouthy about the problems, « THEY » Slash your tires, and pour threats down your neck. Some apartments have bathroom ceiling falling down, people get locked out of their appartement (electronic keys are used), leaking ceilings, poor electrical work, the mail boxes always get broken, the hall cameras don’t even work ….etc The place is owned by some Daniel Li, I have had terrible experiences with him, he is the most non caring,arrogant and rude landlord ever. I can’t state my displeasure for this place(4710 boulevard Décarie ) in words. DO YOURSELF A favour and stay away from renting any appartement from the Spg management, such an awful housing company.
V	Valerie Belanger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ (I would put 0 stars if I could) Worst management ever!! In 1 year I have experienced cockroaches, no heat, and leaking from my ceiling. Landlord showed up at my door without warning and had a worker tear my bathroom ceiling out! I had no communication with him and couldn't use my bathroom for over 2 weeks - had to live with a friend. When I tried contacting management they ignored me and left a hole in my ceiling. Management is not responsive at all, and will not take you seriously if you are a woman. Worst experience ever, please save yourself the trouble and don't live here!
S	Stephanie Liu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most terrible apartment ever! The landlord scammed tenans! I wanted to end the lease earlier to move to live with my friend. When I asked the landlord Daniel if it's possible to terminate the lease, he said I can terminate the lease by paying one extra month rent. I paid it and terminated the lease, a few weeks after, they sent me a huge bill of 2500$, which includes legal consulting fee, evacuation fee and administration fee, I consulted with the lawyer, the bill doesn't make any sense. They also refused to return my deposit, which is illegal to have in Quebec. PLEASE KEEP AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! They try to take every coin from your pocket and never repair anything, their apartment is moldy.
O	Omar Metwally on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place to live in, That's way it's cheap but not worth it. Don't west your money. The management team doesn't answer the phone and if they did, they will do you nothing. The oven coil got burned and we called, text, sent email, made a request tho there website and nothing happended for months!!! we end up fixing it ourself and ask for refund the material. The handy man hang up the phone on us a couple of time too. Also, You can hear all your neighbour (even when they are just talking) and I'm sure they could hear us too. So happy to leave next July from this "porcherie". Save yourself
L	Lindsey Potts on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware! This property (La Dorchester) is managed by the worst, most unprofessional, and spiteful people imaginable (Jing and Daniel Li). In my time there, they repeatedly ignored repair requests, asked for illegal deposits, and never set up my access to the door intercom to let guests it. They removed the mailboxes without telling anyone. They ripped holes in the wall to do something (never completed when I lived there?) to the elevators, which stopped them from functioning, without telling anyone. They generally never communicated with any of their tenants unless it was to threaten or yell at them. It was basically impossible to get in contact with them by phone, email, or even the office (they were never there). I lived there for 9 months, and there were multiple cockroach sprays and bedbug spraying. I had paint peeling off the wall, a light switch that hung by a wire, and a window that was poorly insulated. Live here only if you hate yourself and love getting scammed out of every cent you own with almost no recourse because RDL is so slow.
