★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Initial call-answers completely in an unprofessional manner and tells me to hurry up because he's with a client. Here's a pro tip, don't answer the phone if you can't handle 2 things at once. BTW, the kitchen you put in for the previous homeowners is beyond horrible-from finishes to tolerancing.
