With the insightful guidance of our Rockwood designer Emily, we easily made our way through the process until all the hard decisions were made. Once it was time to install, Emily handed it over to Damien who “made magic” in our kitchen to the point where it was no longer recognizable. There are still times when we walk into our new kitchen and wonder "is this really our house?" Professional, creative, meticulous, and affordable. The Rockwood team surpassed our wildest expectations. Thank you Rockwood!

Emily and the whole team were great - from design and selection of materials to measurements, installation, and final touchups. She and the team were professional, quick to respond, and knowledgeable. I faced a number of challenges and they assisted throughout. One of the best customer service experiences I have had. Though it's a small space, the whole kitchen now looks modern, bright, and clean. I have already received a lot of compliments and have already referred Rockwood to friends. From beginning till end, Brenna worked with us until we were completely satisfied, she was very patient and put together a wonderful design. Covid made it bit challenging, we also had few issues that was mitigate immediately. Brenna designed our dream kitchen that fit our budget needs, and looks amazing! The end result was exactly what we'd hoped for. Our installer, Damien, was amazing and did a fantastic job. She exceeded our expectations in every way. Her vision and design skills allowed her to create the perfect layout for our space, maximizing our square footage and opening up our main floor. Her guidance every step of the way in choosing cabinets, handles and counter but also those finishing touches beyond what we purchased at Rockwood, such as lighting , faucet , sink etc was invaluable. She was patient, a great problem solver and excellent client advocate as we encountered delays and other issues related to the pandemic. Thank you Brenna for everything you did from beginning to end and every step of the way. Thank you to Damien , our installer , who took his time to ensure the everything looked perfect and who also made suggestions once on site to improve the final design.

Now we are absolutely IN LOVE with our new kitchen! Our designer Julia was always very helpful and professional. She came up with the design we wanted, the installation plan and helped us to choose the countertop, handles and the sink. She also patiently accommodated our numerous change requests along the way. Our installer, Damien, was very punctual and professional. He arrived on time and did an amazing job installing our kitchen. He also accommodated my request to have all the cabinet led lights and wires installed during the installation phase so there were no visible wires at all once the installation was finished. We are extremely happy and would highly recommend Rockwood Kitchens to anyone who is looking for a new and improved kitchen with quality materials and finishes.
