We complained to the Manager, (Babita) and were told that the wings looked undercooked but it really is cooked. Clearly this was nonsense as they were clearly undercooked. To make matters worse, we were told that we should have ordered the wings to be "well done". I am in my 50s and have never hear this before. If ordering steak, I get it, but wings??? Chicken is supposed to be cooked. Period. If this is how AllStar Wings are going to serve their wings, I would suggest you think twice about going there, otherwise you risk getting sick.
M	M T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As someone who eats out almost everyday, despite the negative health implications, I have experience with impeccable service to rock bottom service and everything in between. I can say that this establishment has the most inept service possible. My house is within walking distance so I have, unfortunately, tried eating and drinking there a few times. Nothing changed each time. It’s like they don’t want you there. Today was my last visit there and it will be my last. I sat in the bar area for ten minutes while the girl came and went and chatted with staff, without coming by to see me. Needless to say, I’m writing this review from another bar… lol

Doing my part to warn future customers not only we waited an hour for our food to feel disgusted please be aware food quality is not up to par with other Allstars franchise washrooms disgusting feel dirty atmosphere after use
U	UK Gmail on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Want to be kind but after multiple visits I'm done. Servers in need Canada need to understand that the customer should ALWAYS be their main focus. Took ages to get a drink. Staff everywhere. Barely any customers. Lots of chat about breaks, shifts, schedules going on (oh and when a table ordered five drinks together and the entire place fell apart everybody in the whole place had to wait by three people fussed around one order) and then of course the audible conversation about who's going to take my order (IE who gets the tip)... I'm so over the North American service model. In the US you get offered a drink, probably some bread and a glass of water before your bum even hits the seat... in Canada you're likely to be twiddling your thumbs for 15 to 20 minutes before you even get a menu to look at... This tip culture means that NOT everybody in the place you're visiting is there to serve YOU... only the individual who's going to collect the (staggering) standard 18% expectation. I also notice a difference when staff pool their tips (or don't). I have been challenged in Canada after leaving 15% on very average service .. servers here have no shame lol. Thinking of starting a restaurant where I pay servers a proper wage eliminate tip culture and get decent service across the board.

The ribs were mediocre at best, the salad was actually a Mediterranean salad with lettuce and very little flavour. The fries were just alright. The portions were large though. Likely won't be back...
