★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a trophy dropped off for engraving needed to be done for a golf tournament this weekend. Dropped it off Monday eve with agreement to pick up on Friday. Arrived on Friday to find a sign on the door “closed on Friday, returning on Monday”. I never received a call saying they would be closed and I needed to pick up earlier. Now have no trophy for my golf tournament this Saturday.
If I could rate this place a Zero out of 5 I would.
Horrible customer service, will absolutely never repeat with this business
