Tara was fabulous, she coordinated the whole project and kept us informed every step of the way. Her and her staff were very helpful in helping us choose all the finishes, floors to hardware. The work crew were all very friendly, professional and courteous. She brought the project in on time and below budget. Overall we are extremely pleased to have known and worked with Towne and Countree and would highly recommend them for your renovations, kitchen and otherwise..

The entire process from meeting Kate and designing the kitchen, to on time scheduling with Tanis and the final perfect install with Dana was amazing! The cabinets are beautifully crafted, high quality and color matched to our exact color choice. The added support from Tara to pick final finishes with Adele at Changing Spaces has been greatly appreciated as well. Right from the day Sue met with us & designed it to the final day the workers were here it was a fantastic experience. Quality products and very professional workers. We now have our dream kitchen. I receive nothing but compliments from visitors. The installers and service people were wonderful. The kitchen was especially intricate with corbels, tapered legs, and four different types of doors and drawer fronts. It took Towne and Countree several tries to get everything right, but they delivered in the end. The cabinets themselves are high quality. Made of maple in the kitchen and oak in the bathrooms, they are very sturdy and I can tell they will stand the test of time. I'm only awarding four stars to Towne and Countree because the designer was difficult to work with. She didn't meet timelines and made errors in the pricing.
W	Wesley MacDonald on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As an informed buyer, I began my kitchen renovation process fully anticipating engaging multiple vendors to obtain estimates for the services required, however after one visit to the Towne and Countree showroom I didn't phone another company. Our first meeting was with Greg and Tara, and within minutes we knew that this would be the company we would use. They knowledge and experience was apparent right from the beginning, and they continued to impress us with their flexibility, design ideas, and their enthusiastic personalities. Our showroom visit was followed up with an in house visit where they came prepared with drawings, and tons of ideas. During our in home visit we were introduced to Dana, who ended up doing the majority of the work on our project, and we were as impressed with him as we were with Tara and Greg. The project started on time, and although countless issues with hidden plumbing, structural issues, and other surprises they still managed to deliver an amazing kitchen, on time and under budget. The results are amazing, better than we could have ever imagined, and everyone along the way was a joy to work with. If I could give them 6 stars I would, I assure you, you will not go wrong if you chose Towne & Countree Kitchens.

The manager Tara actually cares about your happiness and the job! When she said “if you’re not happy, I’m not happy!” She actually meant it and proved it time and time again with the little details! Sue is an AMAZING kitchen designer. Many other trades now have said “who did your kitchen”!! So happy to pass them on. What shocked me is that a contractor was surprised by all of my kitchens features. He’s been doing whole home renovations for over 20 years!! I’ve already hired them back for small jobs!

There has only been one services call previously. we are out of warranty period, but some of the soft closers were not functioning properly. I called wanting to get new closers for a couple of problem doors. Tanis was very professional and pleasant said she had a service person in the area, she advised he could come that day, to come to check the issue, and fix if possible. The service man fixed the 2 doors with the problem closers He was professional, answered the questions and was quick. Even with the cabinets out of the warranty period, Towne and Countree did the work. We are extremely happy with the service and cabinets Thanks so much Arne & Sharon

Now 12 years later, out of warranty, some of the drawers had loose screws on the sliders. I called to get advice for new screws or how to fix the sliders. Tanis had a service man come to check the issue and fix if possible. The service man Richard fixed all the drawers with new longer screws He was professional, answered the questions and was quick. I only wanted advice and directions where to get the proper screws Towne and Countree did the work even out of warranty. I am very impressed now and the kitchen was and us still exactly what we wanted. Thanks so much for helping out
