With knowledgeable and super friendly staff, an on-site coffee house, and just steps away from a number of diverse, top-rated restaurants, it really is a pleasure to visit my unit.

I currently have two storage units in this facility and Brendan and Vanessa who manage the units are AMAZING. They have been so helpful over the last couple of years, from excellent communication to helping me figure out best options when i needed to transfer my items to another unit. I have moved my belongings for my home and business in/out of this place a couple of times, and it's always smooth and hassle free. There is 24 hour access, which is a breeze, and the customer service and rates really can't be beat for what you get. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
S	S J Ince on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not recommended. My storage unit was broken into and a lot my stuff was trashed or stolen; it was in complete disarray. And while the staff at the Dupont location tried to be helpful, I received no concrete help from the management, and I got no compensation from the insurance company in the end. Nor did I get a refund from Apple for remaining 10 days paid when I moved out (they said I had to have moved out in the first 14 days of the month to get a refund and I was 2 days over the cut-off!). Overall a terrible and expensive experience (I had to pay to get everything repacked and moved to a new storage company). My stuff at Apple Storage was not safe or secure as they advertised, and the company had very little duty of care or responsibility.

They are SUPER responsive via phone and email and have a really useful "Deluxe" add-on where they'll accept deliveries on your behalf and leave them in your unit for you. Definitely recommend them for any short- or long-term storage needs.
