This message is a little late but I wanted to provide an update. The company did eventually get back to me and provide the order. That said they clearly struggled on fulfillment. It was a good product though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TEST YOUR WATER! Using two different pH tests (litmus paper & digital pH meter) and testing different bottles from a case I purchased, the results were only around 7 pH. I have reached out to the company for an explanation but that was over a month ago. After reading other reviews and noticing inconsistent supply at the grocery store, it appears they can't meet rising demands and could be outsourcing less quality water to keep up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BUYER BEWARE. I joined their monthly subscription and placed an order for additional boxes of water to be shipped but when they arrived, half of the cases contained cartons that were busted open. I wrote an email to customer service and I never heard back. I even followed up, and still haven’t heard back. If you’re interested in water that is not even alkaline (test them with strips and you’ll see) and non-existent customer service, then shop here. I will be reporting them to Better Business Bureau.
