★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They will charge you for your exam but you will not receive a copy of the prescription. I was not presented more expensive frames until I asked which is exactly what I purchased. An overall bad experience I am glad to not go back there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always amazing service and friendly staff. Dr. Khoury is awesome. My sales woman Linda is great and really knowledgeable about her frames and lenses. Best place for glasses!!!! Would highly recommend going there for expert advise. Ask for Linda she’s fantansic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location at Jean-Talon is amazing. I have been coming here for 3 years and the service is always great and unmatched. It feels very welcoming and the staff is very helpful. They feel like family and treat their customers like family too. Dr. Khoury is a fantastic optometrist as well. This is the best optometrist location/practice/company I have ever been to. Please ensure that the staff are recognized for their efforts. Even during the pandemic (for over 2 years now) they are still smiling, warm and giving exceptional customer service! I always recommend this particular location at Jean Talon because they are best!
