Y	Yanick Coulombe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waste of time, I took 2 days to ask EVERY possible questions, they say they can do it. When I come in the next day, they didn't even looked at my truck, they asked me to park it, then they tell me they wont do it, nothing changed from the day before, they don't want to give any reasons. I leave angry, I call the boss, he says it's unacceptable, tells me he's gonna call me the next day, never got his call back. I called before and was surprise how I felt unwelcome already on the phone. This place probably has the worst customer service of all East Island. I called before too, I asked if they could rebuild my carburetor, the guys says YES, bring it to me. But when I asked questions about what kit he would use to rebuild my carburetor, he says he can't do carburetors, yet HE JUST told me to bring my truck by TOWING to him, really weird. I REALLY don't understand how they work. They probably care less for the client than anything. I really don't understand how they still exists.

T	Tatiana Andreeva on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too expensive: they wanted to charge a 2 hours work for 5 hours. Used to come here because of Armen, but unfortunately it seems he does not work there anymore. The receptionist wanted to charge more. At the first time he mentioned 1500-2000$ to fix a problem, next time he said it will be about 5 hours work ( which equivalents to about 500$). Finally I fixed it at another garage for 170$. The positive point - they have a Wi-Fi and the owner offers a free coffee while you waiting for your car to be fixed. Think if it is worth your time and money...

They ended up charging me $350 and only changed the battery, saying they couldn't find any other issue. A couple months later another mechanic tells me there are major problems that would have been obvious. Either incompetent mechanics or they charged me for work they didn't do.
