I came here after a family member had a very positive experience, roughly five years ago. Through my own experience over the last six months, I couldn't in good faith recommend them as it is clear the poor care/organization I have received is simply due to that they have far more patients than they can handle. Though the nurses and technicians are kind, the level of ineptitude at the front desk complete undercuts all of that with their disorganization. This would be laughable if it weren't at the expense of your child-bearing window. In my only meeting with Dr. Dixon, she confused me for someone else and laughed it off. Imagine how you may feel about this in your most vulnerable state. Are they so busy that the first time I met my doctor, she did not know what my name was? Not a great first impression and I can't say I ever leave with a good one. Instead of limiting my stress levels I am prepared for an anxiety-inducing scenario each time I come in. Based on the number of upset and confused people I regularly see at the front desk, I know I'm not alone in this feeling. The process so far has been extremely disheartening and I would have liked to have felt support at some junction. I would have switched providers if I weren't so far along in the process.

Wasted 2 years for nothing. Process goes like this: 1. Talk to the doctor and review the case. Appointment time is when the doctor actually takes a look at test results, never opened before and has no idea about what's going on. 2. Doctor prescribes more test. 3. Schedule tests, which will be in 2-3 weeks. 4. After test schedule an appointment with doctor, which will be in 2-3 months. 5. After waiting 3-4 months from the last doctor appointment restart from #1. This was my 2 years experience, waiting for review from a doctor. P.S. Calling the nurse and ask about test results doesn't help, she'll say you have to wait for the doctor.

I couldn't be any happier on my experience with Anova Fertility. They explained to me thoroughly the whole procedure so I knew what to expect. It wasn't a walk in the park, as expected, but it wasn't as difficult as I thought it would be because of the support and care of their staff, especially Dr. Dixon and nurse April. Words can't express how happy we are with our baby girl. She is 3 months now and I have the whole team at Anova Fertility to thank for our little miracle. We have waited for this little miracle for 10 years. Thank you so much Anova for making our dream come true.

We are so grateful to everyone in Anova Fertility. Our baby girl is now 3 months old and we wouldn't have our little miracle without Anova Fertility. All the staff especially Dr. Marjorie Dixon and nurse April Macabales were extremely professional. We really felt their genuine care and that they did their very best to make sure the procedure was a success. It has been a rough journey for us but we cannot thank you enough for helping us reach this milestone.

My experience at Anova Fertility was phenomenal. From the front desk, to the nursing team, to Dr. Dixon, every step of my care journey was handled with attentiveness and diligence. I am so thankful I chose Anova Fertility for my treatment. Dr. Dixon is caring, down-to-earth and you can see how much she respects her patients. She made me feel comfortable at every stage along with her team. Thank you Anova!

Terrible Clinic! This clinic is plagued with poor management on every level. They don't care about the patients, just the money they can make. They actively solicit new patients, promising appointments in under 2 weeks, but current patients have to wait over a month to speak to their doctor. The nurses have lied on charts, they dispensed the incorrect medication (and act like it's not a big deal), and overall communication is awful. Incredibly limited availability due to the fact they have too many patients, which translates to having to take tonnes of time off work. The doctors don't actively review your chart, even when you have an appointment with them. The majority of the appointment is the doctor getting caught up. Our doctor was going to prescribe a course of medicine that we had just finished, as if she'd forgotten or not noted on the chart. The clinic refuses to provide a copy of your charts to you. Good luck getting anyone on the phone, sometimes they won't even return your call for a few weeks. The manager of Clinic Experience and Nursing have been made aware, and neither took ownership of the issues, and blamed it on other departments. CEO Dr. Dixon was also made aware of the issues, but doesn't care to respond or be involved. Looks like my previous review was taken down, but in response to the clinic's generic reply- while we did speak to 2 individuals to address our concerns, neither took ownership of the issue, and no changes were made. As evidenced by this reply, the clinic believes "one size fits all" with everything from patient care to Google reviews. They can't even be bothered to come up with an original response.

While I have many positive things to say about my first experience at Anova while trying for my first child in 2019, the last couple of years have really gone downhill. There is a complete lack of connection with patients, both from front desk staff and doctors/nurses, it couldn't be more obvious that they are transactional based instead of actually focusing on quality care and the treatment plans they suggest (in my personal situation) have made little to no sense. They are really pressing to get a second opinion when it comes to fertility care, which is exactly what I have done and my second opinion literally laughed and said "they clearly don't know what they are doing" - my exact thoughts. I have tried to put my negative experiences behind me because I want so badly to make Anova work, but when every visit there's something new, I simply cannot continue to support this place. The amount of added stress that they put on me each cycle, the complete lack of communication and confusion when I ask questions about my treatment plan is enough to see they are inexperienced and need to completely revise how they proceed with care. Since "firing" Anova, I feel such a relief... What does that say about them? I have found care in TWO other clinics that have treated me beyond what I imagined and have already begun a more thorough and detailed plan. I strongly urge you to at least get a second opinion before committing cycle after cycle at this place. I returned back there in May of 2021 and have done nothing... literally nothing to progress in my journey for baby #2. Cycle monitoring, medically incorrect care and sheer confusion are all I've gotten. In two weeks, I've received a FULL detailed plan from my other doctor, and steps to take if each is not successful. I would avoid this clinic if you're in the mentality of getting treatment quickly.

I could not be more pleased with the excellent service we received at Anova Fertility & Reproductive Health!! We received an appointment within two weeks. This was of the upmost importance to us, as timing is of the essence with fertility. As these appointments are extremely personal, I was very pleased to know I would be seeing a female doctor who specializes in Fertility and who has gone through the process herself. Dr. Marjorie Dixon's vast experience, knowledge and professionalism in assessing our needs in the commencement of our journey was incredible. We are beyond grateful to you and your astounding team! Thank you for all that you do.
