★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Michelle offers incredibly creative art classes that teach appreciation for and opportunities to learn different forms of art to all ages of children. She uses carefully planned materials that yield a delightful final product, somewhat irrespective of the talent level of your child. Our pieces still hang in the house long after other masterpieces have come and gone. She maintains a very high ratio of helpers/instructors to kids so they all have hands on help. A very high quality course that is more than fair for what she charges. I wish more children's programming had this level of thoughtfulness.

I have hosted my daughter's birthday at the Annex Art Centre twice. Whether the age group is 4 or 8, Michele always makes it a birthday to remember. The centre is party ready with some decoration, cups, plates etc. The best part is the activity that Michele puts together based on your ask. This Harry Potter birthday was so well planned. The kids made a spells and potions book and a wand! Michele always throws in so much more fun for the kids. In addition to this, they even made fortune tellers and potion bottles. You can see what an enriching experience it is for each of them. It is very easy to see that Michele does this for the fun and the love of art! She also teaches kids about important factors such as climate change through art. She was sharing with our group on reusing plastic containers in creative ways. My young guests even said this is the best birthday party ever, whether they were Potter fans or not!
Thank you Michele for brining so much joy and enrichment to our little ones' lives through your creativity!
