★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff was extremely helpful and attentive (we were the only ones in the whole store) but still. This store needs a face lift and some updating. Back of the store was dark and not as organized as other pet stores I've been in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Two stars because the amount of animals they have here seems ridiculous ... I don't know how they are able to care for 50+ animals (not including the fish, especially beta fish which I see are kept in tiny tanks) . Like six rats kept together in a small cage... Too many animals I have to assume they aren't capable of giving each animal proper care unless they have 10+ employees. And they breed their guinea pigs. Every few months I see there's new babies. Seems irresponsible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to Felix to buy my niece a fish tank, when I called over the phone they had said the total for fish + tank would be around 100$.
Once I got there she then said it wasn’t her that I spoke to and the girl was new who gave that price.
She then told me it would be around 150$
After my niece already picked out her fish she continued to add on things that I « needed » for the tank. Finally once finished with all the add ons the bill came out to 270$.
At this point it’s to late to cancel my niece was so excited. Get home to find out she never sold us the heater tank so both fish died. Two fish (75$)
When my niece went back to get the tank the women who sold the fish said the reason she didn’t add the tank was because the bill was already too high and didn’t want to upset me.
Along with the heater also said sand was needed so another add on. So in total the bill was around 350$. Which is fine if I was advised when I initially asked for the total. Also she did not replace the fish which had no chance of surviving with not heater.
Extremely disappointed with my experience here at Felix, I’m not sure if this is a regular way of conducting their business but i Will not be returning or recommending to anyone.

They really helped in figuring out how to take care of our cats since we just recently introduced them together.
They helped pick out the best brush for our cats even though one has a thick coat and sensitive skin, then the other a thin coat with non sensitive skin.
They take very good care of all the animals, and a lot of these animals are so sweet!
The bird there loves getting head scratches.
The bunnies are super adorable too!
