Have not been inside as there store front is closed at the moment but there staff was nice on the phone and the pickup in the lobby is easy and convenient nice to find a aquarium store closer to home.

Excellent, fast service and the best prices for livestock, aquarium supplies and plants in the Guelph area. I have purchased several tanks and filters as well as water supplements and too many fish to count. My orders have always been fulfilled same-day or next day when I've ordered at night, after normal business hours. Picking up from the locker box is brilliant - super easy and convenient. They do sell out of livestock quickly, and wait times for restocking can be lengthy. The service goes above and beyond. For example, recently I ordered a plant and Jarmilla didn't like the condition it was in. She contacted me with a few options, and I was very happy with the outcome. I've had excellent luck with all my fish and plants purchased through Angelfins. I only dropped one star because wish I could go in and see certain items before purchasing. However, I completely understand why they are keeping the storefront closed during these difficult, pandemic times.

Pretty dissappinted in the service here if I'm honest. Google says pickup runs until 9pm. However their website states you have to make the order before 1pm. Not sure how hard it is to just grab something off a shelf after 1pm.. good luck with your business if that's the hours you run on.. yikes. It states on their website that they "decided" to close the storefront at those hours. You should probably decide to make money instead considering this pandemic is putting everyone out of business.

THE PLACE TO GO FOR THE HIGHEST END AQUARIUM NEEDS. Short and sweet, and the staff are super friendly I ordered a ADA Starfire glass tank all the way from Nova Scotia and it shipped here perfect. God bless AngelFins! And God bless that girl with the Russian? accent I spoke with two days in a row! She was probably like, who's this kid that keeps calling??? XD

Incredible service. Nice people . Highly recommend this place to anybody that lives in the area. I drive 110 km to go there that's how impressed I am. Cheapest place to buy pleco caves plant fertilizer and repashy food. You need to check out their online store. Can't say enough good things about them ??

I was dismayed by two experiences I had with both owners about two years apart. I bought a few Azoo filters from the store and when I got home one was not working properly. I contacted the store and Jarmila first insisted there couldn't be anything wrong with the filter. I offered to send her a video or bring the filter back into the store for her to see the issue, but instead she gave me a refund and suggested that the filter wouldn't work for me and I would be better off going somewhere else. Recently I contacted the store again asking if they had the same filters in stock. Brian told me they didn't have any in and it would be six to eight months before they arrived. I said I would order them directly from the supplier and he said 'good.' Then the next day he sent me a text with a photo showing three of the filters in the store. I responded very quickly to say I could come that day to get them. Less than 30 seconds later he texted to say someone bought them all. Curious, I asked him why he said it would take six to eight months while their supplier told me the filters could be there in a month. He responded to say that I had been told to take my business somewhere else, and it's 30 days for our customers. This behaviour is astounding. The owners held a grudge from two years ago, a grudge over a legitimate issue I raised about a product. They were unwilling to resolve the issue in the civil manner most stores would and instead immediately told me to take my business elsewhere. I found it especially unprofessional and rather juvenile that Brian would go out of his way to text me later to tease me with the filters, only moments afterwards to rub it in that they were gone and I couldn't get them. I see in the reviews that other customers have had similar backlash from the owners when they complained, so this seems to be how they conduct business. People shop in a bricks and mortar store for the personal attention. All these items can be ordered online, and certainly I won't be patronizing this shop anymore with this backwards approach to customer service. I can't wait to see how the owners respond to my comments. They seem to have a comeback for every negative review.

Never ordered fish through a website before so I was a bit nervous with the process. I opted for a locker pick up. I changed my order once and emailed multiple times but they were patient with me and worked with my shift schedule. All fish are healthy and adjusting well. I will definitely do this again when I start a second tank.
