Hi everyone! I would give this Autobody shop 10 stars if I could. I had a hit and run happen on my car on sept 2/21 and from the minute I called Mo at the shop to picking up my car after it was fixed the experience was amazing. ICBC only approved an after market bumper for my QX80 and Mo called infinity directly to see if they could match the price and get me an original part! They did! He arranged for my rental car pickup and drop off too. The work on my car was amazing and done within 2 days. The kindness courtesy and work ethic at this shop is beyond compare! Thank you Ed and Mo for the service and care you provided I would recommend you always!

Had a great experience with Andy Sorensen! Moe was very helpful with my ICBC claim and went above and beyond to help me with all my questions. He was friendly and thorough and made the whole process very easy. Would definitely recommend this shop to anyone and would for sure come back next time I need work on my car!

I chose Andy Sorensen Autobody & Frame Ltd. since it was walking distance from my home. I had an ICBC claim and had the rest of the car painted and new headlights put in. I was amazed by the result! The estimate was in alignment with the total cost. I was left feeling looked after and service was amazing. I will most certainly recommend this shop to my friends. Thanks again for the great job!

After being in an accident that cause significant damage to my vehicle, I needed to get it towed to a location of my choosing for a repair estimate. I contacted Andy Sorensen Autobody late in the day on New Years Eve. I fully expected not to hear from anyone for a couple of days due to New Years leading directly in to the weekend. I'm happy to say that I was wrong. I got a call that night after hours. That was a pleasant surprise. From there I had quite a few different interactions with the staff, mainly Moe. Every time, they were accommodating, pleasant, and extremely helpful with all of my questions. They also guided me through the ICBC process and informed me of some of the benefits that I was entitled to that I wasn't aware of. I didn't need to have any work done by Andy Sorensen Autobody as my vehicle was written off by ICBC. But if that day comes where I need any of their services, I won't have any hesitation about going back to them. I had an excellent experience with them and I definitely recommend giving them a chance if you need any of their services!! Many thanks to Moe and the team at Andy Sorensen Autobody & Frame!! Ed and the team do great work! Recently had to deal with a small repair to my car and I really appreciated the attention Ed gave to my plight. In spite of it being a very minor repair I felt like he went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of quickly and professionally. Would definitely recommend them!

Ed and his team are true professionals. Not only are they an amazing body shop, they are truly amazing people. From the receptionist to all the workers. They have gone above an beyond to help their customers have the best experience. If I could give them more stars I would. Thank you for your exceptional service. Well, the inevitable happened. My first new car ever, 3 years in, was hit by another vehicle while it was parked on the side of the road overnight. At first, it didn't appear there was too much damage. After calling ICBC, and taking care of all the claim stuff, I did some research and this body shop came highly recommended by someone I trust and care about. I drove down and inquired within to see when they could possibly fit me in to repair my precious car. I was met with the manager, Moe. I was extremely impressed with how easy it was to get everything taken care of. Moe went above and beyond, no doubt understanding how difficult the loss of my precious car was to me. As I needed a courtesy vehicle (I cannot be without a car for multiple reasons) I was told to wait a few days for a car to become available. This was not a problem as my car was still driveable. I brought my car in and everything was taken care of. Moe was sure to keep in touch with me every step of the way. With a repair bill of over $10,300 and a bent frame, ICBC deemed my car to be a total loss and advised me to return to the shop to return the courtesy car (which was very nice and clean by the way). As I was at work that day, I quickly phoned Moe to inform him of the situation. He understood and allowed me to keep the courtesy car over the weekend as my shift was not over until long after the shop was closed. the following Monday, I was supposed to be picked up by a rental car company after returning the courtesy car. The rental company called me that morning and advised me that there were no rentals available and that I would have to wait until another day. Moe called his rental guy and tried to get me a rental car from him, but alas, it was the same problem. Moe said that he didn't want to leave me stranded, and granted me an additional day with the courtesy car. I was so moved that I almost hugged him on the spot. I went straight to a car dealership and bought a new car that day, and manage to return the courtesy car that evening, just before closing time. Although my car was not able to be repaired by this auto body shop (ICBC towed it away for parts), the level of customer service was so above and beyond that, I would return to this shop anytime anywhere when needed. I have rarely met such compassion and understanding from a person, let alone a business. This place definitely deserves 6 stars out of 5. Many thanks to Moe and the team at Andy Sorensen Autobody & Frame Ltd, you will always have my gratitude for all you did during this difficult time.
