★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The water heater in our home broke and Frontier was quick to honour the warranty. We had no issues at all and had a new water heater sent to our house within hours of contacting them. We had to pay for installation but we were very happy and impressed by the level of customer service we received from Sylvia. I would highly recommend and would never take my business elsewhere. Kudos Frontier Plumbing!!

Evan Earis, and the entire front and back end staff have been phenomenal to deal with.
I haven't had to worry about not getting looked after properly when it comes to procuring plumbing, heating, and A/C materials.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been dealing with Frontier/Andrew Sheret Ltd for over 6 years. They have been extremely excellent to deal with. They have been extremely supportive during the change over to starting my own business. Evan is amazing to deal with, obviously…. But, he has an amazing staff to back him up.
The counter staff: Louis, Brendan, Trina, Dean, Brian, and Jeff -> are always willing to help and they are always there to support each other.
The back of house staff -> Sawyer, Montana, and Chris have always been willing (happily I will always assume!) to help find and possibly carry out loads of items.
And, of course… the most spectacular… Sheree Ann… She always has a smile on her face and is there to give big waves, and of course to direct the phone calls when the place is all hectic like! :-)
