★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have called this place for several items. They have never had any of them. They have promised to call me back a couple of times because they needed to research the part and never called back. I just got off of the phone with another request and the guy did not know what a ball joint reamer is. Well that's fine if no one there knows what it is but the guy was a total a** and suggested that I didn't know what I was talking about. Super rude. Happy to spend a lot of money on tooling anywhere but this place. Google tool stores, there is plenty in town or online that deserve business, this place does not.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tough to beat prices, but terrible service. Been there 3 times, but this last time they talked to me like I don't know what I'm talking about. Tried to explain they may have a bad batch of wire wheels. They just thought it's a problem on my end. I showed and explained it on the brand new bench grinder I just bought from them. It shouldn't be the customer staying calm and helping them out, supposed to work the other way around. Millwright $50/hour to deal with this, and I still have to go somewhere else. I can handle manufacturing problems, but not poor attitudes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped in last night to grab a new magnet light and walked out with a new Miter saw and stand. I can’t say enough good thing about these guys and gals. A person walks in and everyone is ready to help. No matter how many questions or prices you need they will get you your answer. It’s more than just purchasing stuff, it's like hanging out with friends and always a good time bantering back and forth with everyone who works there. Had to pop back in the next day because had an issue with how the battery fits the saw. Without asking they were out looking at the saw and battery and then opened another new saw and figured out the issue. They even called their dealer and had him on the phone dealing with it. I guess at the end of this babbling I must say best tool play ground around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to buy a new Stihl trimmer and walked out without one. Had about at least 6 different staff members say someone will be with us in a minute, to all be then standing behind the till for the next 5 or so minutes while we wait and wait. Only 2 customers in there besides us.
While waiting, to top it off, all staff weren’t wearing masks at all although it’s a health order, the few wearing a mask wore them on around neck. It was an easy decision to go to another local dealer after seeing that the health of customer means nothing to them.
