He promised us to finish the work in less than a month but it took more than 5 months and he didn't finish the job and left. We paid on time even we paid the deposit but he left and didn't pay us back the deposit. I was in high risk pregnancy and he never cared about me and my kids. I never recommend him.
H	Heather MacLean-Smith RMT on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had our floors redone by Tim in March 2020. He was frequently late or no-showed. It took twice as long as he quoted us to complete the job. I ended up giving him rides to and from his house to ensure he'd put in a full day's work. He scratched the new flooring putting furniture back and damaged the kitchen island too. The stairs are already falling apart and we had to purchase extra flooring and we will be fixing it ourselves eventually. Oh, and he also charged us for flooring that we never received. If I could leave a no-star review I would. The best thing about these floors is that he's NOT coming back to fix it.

Tim went to great lengths to explain the different material options (flooring, baseboards, stone, paint) available. We were glad for his input and in the end with the materials he recommended. Tim and his crew began with stripping the carpet and underlay and removing the baseboards. They then installed engineered hardwood, painted the pre-primed baseboards and then installed them throughout our home. The stairs to the basement especially display Tim's craftsmanship. Installing the flooring and baseboards meant the furniture in all the rooms had to be moved back and forth which was done with great care and without complaining. After the flooring and baseboards were completed work began on modernizing our cabinets in the kitchen and laundry room. We liked the profiles on the cabinets but wanted a change from the maple look so decided to paint the cabinets white. The doors were all removed, sanded and painted as were the insides of the cabinets and new hardware was installed. When it was finished we had the modern look we had envisioned and saved thousands of dollars in the process. The last work done was tiles that were installed on our entrance way. The entrance became the first clue that things have changed which is obvious as soon as you open the door. Tim's estimate was competitive, the work was completed on schedule and the floors, baseboards, cabinets and entrance way have been complimented on by the many people who come into our home. I recommend Tim to anyone looking for quality workmanship at a competitive price!
J	Janine Campbell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tim did the floors at our cottage (approx. 1000 sq. feet). He spoke to me at length on flooring types, and best choices for our needs. We decided ultimately on a vinyl plank. Tim did an absolutely amazing job of installing them. In homes with baseboards, gaps and errors can be hidden but being that our cedar log cottage has no baseboards it was extremely important that special attention was paid to detail and precision. Tim paid great attention to detail and was very precise. He also installed it seamlessly... with no transition strips between rooms! A professional and very classy touch. He gave us a quote and a timeline and stuck to it. We have recommended him to friends and family. We absolutely love our new floors!
