The receptionist only tells you about your appointment over the phone and they MAKE A POINT OUT OF NOT CONTACTING YOU AGAIN so that you are likely to miss your appointment and they can do their $150 cash grab for no-show. They take full advantage of the fact they are the "big dog" in the Hamilton area so that they can treat you like you don't matter. Avoid this shady, bloodless establishment!

Dr Shirpak was a great doctor! Got me through my anxiety for the procedure..Very fast , professional,and is veryuch down to earth. We talked through the procedure...it was nothing I thought vasectomy would be, in fact quite painless. Book your appointment with Dr Shirpak. Turnaround time is quite quick! Don't read the horror stories out there. The stories out there are made to freak you out. Don't read and do the procedure. You will be as pleased as I was the hype out there is simply not true!

Dr. Shirpak was very professional and personable. I was very anxious about the whole process and he was very reassuring. The process was very quick and surprisingly painless. He even provided his cell number to text if I had any questions or concerns post procedure - I'm confident many doctors don't do the same. My husband got his vasectomy here for 3 years. It was the most painful 3 years of his life. I don’t recommend this procedure for anyone. Please reconsider otherwise it will cost you a lot more to get it reversed.

It was a very simple, pain free experience. I called my family doctor and asked for a referral here. After a day or two I received a call to book. They asked if I wanted to have the consultation and procedure at once, or if I wanted different days. Since this procedure had been part of our families game plan for a years, I decided to do it all at once. I scheduled it for a few weeks out (even though they had lots of earlier availability) and arrived on time. They took me back to the room, and within a couple minutes Dr Shirpak came in to explain the procedure. I had read up way too much on the procedure and risks beforehand so I only had a couple of quick questions and he was happy to answer them. Then, he did it. From the moment I stepped in until the moment I left about 25-30 minutes had passed. I can’t recommend enough. Friendly staff, smooth process, and honestly, it couldn’t have gone smoother. Everyone is different and your experience with the procedure may be different, but for me, it was literally painless. Even the needle didn’t hurt, it just felt a bit like a slight squeeze, if that makes sense. During the procedure I felt nothing. You can tell there’s some pulling and tugging but you’re totally numb and there was absolutely no pain in my case. Afterwards, it was about 36 hours of slight discomfort (some aches) and after that I felt great.
