The receptionist was rude, but "not hostile" were his words. The doctor cut him off explaining his medical issue, did not examine him and wrote a Rx without usage instructions. Makes me wonder - why do some people even work in healthcare??
D	Daniel Smelt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is a hidden gem. The staff are really nice and the doctor is excellent. They took the time to explain the new patient form and set me up as a new patient. The location is perfect and right beside agreat pharmacy.

He refused to treat my father and hung up his video call because he saw a phone in my hand that i was using to make notes on what this dr was going to say. He is a black mark in the field of medicine and please report him and stay away from him.
O	OTTO HERRMANN on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disapointing. My mother (95) injured her leg and it did not appear to be healing. Could not make appointment because her health varies rapidly and I had to take opportunity when possible. No one waiting in clinic. I asked if someone could see her before I hauled her into the clinic from the car in her wheelchair. Was simply told to take her to emergent care. I asked for someone to just take a quick look to tell me whether she did need more medical care or not. Was again told to go take her to emergent care without anyone being willing to even look at her. What good are walk in clinics if they simply send you elsewhere without even a simple look?
D	Delivery Dudes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ World's worst walk in clinic. DO NOT go here. Where do I even start, the ladies at the front are extremely disrespectful and seem like they are miserable in their job. Karen vibes. The doctor is extremely rude and does not have a process in seeing his patients. There are no screening questions, there is no conversation about what the issue is, he just wants to be done with you asap and thats it. Do not go here, save yourself the time. Go somewhere else, literally ANYWHERE else.
C	Clare Gajdo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in with pretty intense stomach pain on a Friday afternoon. Receptionist told me they were closing in 45 minutes and I couldn’t be seen. There was ONE person in the waiting room. She offered me an appointment for the following Tuesday. ??‍♀️ I called another time with all symptoms of a sinus infection. Receptionist told me I can’t come without a negative covid test. So... you can’t see the Dr. because you might be sick.
L	Laura Franklin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pros: -got in to be seen fairly quickly. -there is parking out front. Cons: -receptionists were so unnecessarily rude. Treated us like we were stupid and a huge inconvenience to them (there was no one else in the waiting room at the time, so it’s not like being too busy was the issue). Seemed as if they did not want to be there at all, either. We were courteous, kind and polite but that didn’t matter at all. Dr. Malik seemed like he could be helpful to some as I do see some 5 star reviews here, but we weren’t feeling as if we were met with genuine compassion and caring. I understand doctors are busy and overtaxed but it is still possible to achieve more of a human connection with patients. I think what you’re going in for probably makes a difference as to how satisfied you are, and if you rated this place 5 stars, you definitely are able to look past being treated like $hit when you arrive.
