★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mother and auntie buried thier uncle/husband here. And everytime my aunt brings him fake flowers that will LAST , this funeral home takes them up not but hours later. When she goes back to see her husband and what she left for him.... is gone.... Because of regulations. I think they could at least leave the gifts there for a small time to be excepeted and enjoyed. This company has no sympathy no empathy and no compassion. If you enjoy them you don't care about your past loved ones. These are not the people to go to when you want to keep a connection with those you have lost. Take my advice or don't it... will be quite an issue for you. You'll see

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I finally decided it was time to plan for our eventual demise and final resting place. Living in the west end of Hamilton..we've been passing by White Chapel for decades and decided to look into there. It always struck me as a calm beautiful park like setting. On contacting Arbor Memorial...(the company that White Chapel belongs to) we were put in touch with Vince Rakovich. Our experience with Vince couldn't have been better. Given it is such an emotional but inevitable subject ...it takes a certain kind of person and Vince was wonderful. He was knowledgable. ...insightful... friendly and patient. He made sure we were informed about every aspect so we could choose what was best for us. The situation could have been very uncomfortable but it wasn't largely due to Vince. I recommend him and them highly.
