This is our second experience with Dr. Ohayon. He is seriously something else. The reviews about the long wait times are not wrong. It can take quite a while. However, having a family with several health challenges, these wait times are in line with the nature of the service. In fact, I have waited far longer for other doctors with terrible bedside manner who left me with more questions than answers. In the 5-10 minutes we actually get to see Dr. Ohayon, I am given more information, validation and attention as a concerned parent than I have gleaned from all the doctors my family and I have seen —collectively. His disposition is calm and reassuring. He treats issues with a multi-faceted, carefully thought out approach, and his number one concern is helping his patient. Even the way he operates his computer systems is noticeably different from other doctors. His process is streamlined, advanced and very intuitive. He answers your questions before you've asked them and he is able to quickly create a package for you, right before your eyes (rather than pulling out several old, over over-photocopied documents with a "one size fits all" blanket approach to your concerns). He creates an actual treatment protocol for you. Explains how each recommendation will treat your individual concerns *and* those that he has noticed himself. He hands you your paperwork in such a way where it actually makes sense and the information stays with you. He goes through it with you thoroughly and concisely, and when you leave; you feel like you, as the parent, are back in control of what can be a truly terrifying situation (allergies and sensitivities can be life threatening, after all, and that can leave parents feeling rather helpless.) If you're concerned about allergies for you or a loved one, I cannot recommend this man enough. Do yourself a favour and bring a good book. He's worth the wait.

Been here 2 hours now. Allergy test was done in first 30 min. Staff do not care how long you wait, or you have a time frame to pick up your kids. Should inform you when your appt is booked and checking in, it could take up to 3 hours. So people can plan ahead according and make arrangements as needed. Horrible would not recommend and I haven't even met the Doctor yet. Good Grief. Go to another allergy clinic!

I wouldn't say that I enjoyed being poked 6 times today, but I will say that Dr. Ohayon and his wonderful staff treated me so well. I have a massive phobia of needles, and they were so patient and understanding and kind. They made the whole process the easiest they possibly could. They really care.

Worst time management ever! Spent 3 hours in this place. They did the test very quick, but had to wait 1,5 hours to see the doctor. By the time I saw him the rashes on my skin were gone!! there's got to be something better out there

Dr. Ohayon was an absolute delight. He was knowledgeable and so very kind. We didn’t feel rushed and he took the time to explain everything to us, and to come up with an action plan for our daughter. It is such a pleasure in today’s world to come across a doctor that when you leave you truly feel cared for. I highly recommend him!

I was there today for 4 hours with my 9 month old. I saw the doctor for a total of maybe 3 minutes. The allergy test was done as soon as we got there which was great. We were there to get the baby tested for an egg sensitivity, and by the time they wanted me to feed him eggs we had been there for almost 3 hours and he was extremely exhausted and irritable and would barely eat the eggs. It’s not fun or easy to sit in a doctors office being moved from room to room with a very fidgety and irritable 9 month old, and it would’ve been nice of the staff took that into consideration.

The staff is really respectful and courteous on calls, emails and during appointments. I had a reaction to my allergy injection and the team was helpful and empathetic, giving me the facts/support and time to decide how to proceed. Also, it's nice to see a diverse team, I think it's reflective of hiring equity.

Dr Ohayon has been negligent in his field and ignored and canclled appoints for my nephew that would be deemed as a "difficult case". He gave advice to the parents to feed their child a food that may put him into anaphylatic shock and needed to eat the food immediately to avoid the allergy. When the parents asked to test the food in the facility which they normally do (becasue when done at home in the past their son nearly died many times) his team cancelled every appointment for an entire year!!! To the point that when finally pressured to come in by dad, my nephew was deemed unable to eat fish! Now he is stuck with having to ONLY EAT 6 FOODS because of him! He cannot even take vitamins he is severely allergic and Dr Ohayon knew this. Upon feeling guilty now he says his schedule is open and the mom can come test anything when its too late!! Why push off an innocent child just because his case is too challenging for you? He should not be in this field of work! Anyone that supports him should know how wrong he is.
