★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nurse Debbie was awful!!! Didn't introduce herself just took my newborn letting his head flop around everywhere! I felt like I was in a horror movie!! Barley one word... just takes my baby without any explanation on what's about to be done!!! Didn't even meet the doc till after! Then returned my baby again without a word!! Worst experience ever!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So unhappy with our experience we had our 1st son circumsized and after the procedure we got called back into the office to check it and it was apparently had reattached but told us to keep pulling it back. After a week or so we realized it was not coming apart and called for help. They said there's nothing we could do at this point. So now after 2 years we went to a specialist he needs surgery with local anesthetic to redo it. Our experience with our 2nd was at a different clinic and we went back for a checkup 1 week he took the adhesions off and no problem. So unhappy with the lack of help/support and aftercare.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He screwed up when circumsizing my second son, cutting his foreskin unevenly, not giving good instructions on how to care for it, and then telling me the reason the cut was uneven was because he was a chubby baby. To me, if you cannot do the procedure safely, maybe put down your scalpel and return my child to me to take somewhere else. On return visits with post surgery concerns being dismissive. Nope. Thanks for a horrible experience. One which 5 years later we still see evidence of.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr.Kronenwald is very respectful and genuinely listens and takes his time. He has helped me with a number of issues and clarified things where my previous doctor did not. I find him honest as well. When there are options he lets me choose and respects my decision. The receptionist is lovely and goes the extra mile, she is fantastic. The only one thing I'd say is that if you don't get an early appointment, wait times can be a little long (as with most doctors), that is why I ranked 4 instead of 5 stars.

Son let out a little cry but it was for a very short time and much less of a pain cry then now when he falls down or bumps his head on something!
