★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recommended me to a doctor that couldn't keep appointment and hung up on me. When I called to get it sorted out at 5pm she never called....kind of feeling like you dont care
Update they are sending me back to the family anxiety team after hanging up on me and dropping appointments a month in advance and hung up saying I dont have a appointment no doctors can see me and then hanging up on me

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wait time is ridiculous. And trying to get a hold of office staff by phone is next to impossible!!
They have a recording that comes on constantly saying " if you get this message it means we're busy or on the other line so please call back " You don't even have the option to leave a voice message or anything! You have to just keep calling over and over. This is extremely frustrating. Not a way to run a Dr's office at all.
Get with it guys! Geez!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Loewith has been nothing but an angel to me. Since 2011 she has been helping me with mental health issues either by fighting to get me into certain programs or booking me with a specialist at her office. She has a dietician, psychiatrist, social worker, pharmacist, etc. that work different days of the week. I wouldn't be half as well as I am now without her help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The absolute worst front desk staff. I easily called 25 times IN A ROW trying to reach someone, and when I finally did she was rude and unhelpful. I wouldn't even know if this doctor is nice because I would never step foot in an office that was run this way. There is literally no point in attempting to call, it's only going to irritate you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Loewith saved my life. What better recommendation is there than that? Her staff is equally wonderful.
Update Sept., 2019. Dr. Loewith is still an excellent doctor ... perhaps the best physician that I have ever known. However, today I was seen by her new nurse practitioner. I was quite taken aback by a couple of the NP's rude comments. I shall NEVER agree to be seen by this NP again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New receptionist is absolutely horrible. We used to like coming to see Dr.Loweith. She can be slow, but it's because she doesn't rush appts. She actually cares which is nice to see in a GP. Jane ( previous receptionist) was so kind and good at what she did. Treated patients so well.
But this new woman ( Lynda ) she's hired as front desk reception is rude, condescending, and so unprofessional. She comes across as completely overwhelmed. Like she's going to have a mental breakdown. I understand her job isn't easy, it wasn't for Jane either. But if you can't handle it, proably best to get a new job that she can handle.
Very unfair for this receptionist to treat Dr.L' s patients so poorly.
