Really bad service order over the phone and was informed that the parts will be available the next day no conformation email nothing the rep just gave me the order number Over the phone and asked me to pickup the goods next day .the next day when I drove 30 min far to pick up the order the rep said the order is not yet confirmed/ received he started making up stories the truck never came blah blah well he said he will call me the next day as soon as he receive my order no one called me lucky I stop by today as well and picked up my order. Over all not a good exprience.my Plan was to get the goods the next day not after wasting my 2 days

I just heard about this company today. I made 3 phone calls so far, 1st call the staff member, said something that I couldn't understand what she was saying so ask her to repeat it, then she hung up on me. 2nd phone call, the lady was asking if I'm from Edmonton while I called a Toronto local number, but she tried to help out transferring me to Mississauga location but it got disconnected. 3rd phone call again to their Mississauga location, the staff member said I have hard time hearing you, so I tried to get the phone closer, so I speak directly to the speaker, but soon as I did that and asked him if he can hear me better, he also hung up. Now, I'm calling for the 4th time, just to check and reserve a product in their Mississauga branch, so I could go pickup before someone else buys it, since they got only 1 box. No one is picking up the call. They need to train these workers on how a proper customer service works. Looks like these workers have temper issues, and have no patience or any customer service experience. My first time and will be my last time here. If you have option to use other businesses, best to go to other places. Been working in customer service industry for a very long time, and it is absolutely disgusting how these workers behave for a simple phone call. If this business continues like this, they won't last long.

Terrible experience. A small part ordered online way back in June 2021. Didn't receive it even months after the expected date. Took innumerable reminder emails to finally get the refund after 7 months. Felt embarrassed following up for the small part / refund amount but it wasn't theirs to keep if they couldn't send the part.

They have all the parts Iโ€™ve needed for any repairs or upgrades to my house. They are also very friendly and knowledgeable. Wish they where open a little longer on Weekdays and weekends.

I called their service desk to confirm the availability of the product. The rep which I was talking to she confirm the Mississauga location has the item and I could go and pick it up. when I went to the store, the sales rep told me the item is not in the store and I should have called them before. I ordered the product, and they told me it will come in couple of days. it is more than 2 weeks and no one called me. When I call, no one pick up the phone and their system puts me on hold but no one answers. I am very disappointed with this store and will not purchase from them again and I don't recommend them to anyone.

ONE STAR FOR PHONE CUSTOMER SERVICE Just got off the phone with an extremely rude customer service representative. I made a call to place an order, and after stating my reason for calling she shouted into the phone at me to talk louder since she cant hear me? That caught me by surprise because she could have just asked instead of scolding me. Anyways, the part I needed was in stock so she got some information and then asked for my CC number. I inquired if it was possible to pay in store on pickup, I just wanted to confirm the part was in stock and the woman proceeded to hang up on me. This is not the definition of customer service.

Excellent place to find difficult to locate parts, we were looking high and low for a specific bathroom fan. Came to Amre Supply with our defective unit and Barry quickly found the matching fan. Barry was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Highly recommended!

really good store to find parts for old appliances. I ordered two, but the store near me only had one in stock. so I called their customer services, Ron on the phone was very helpful, he shipped one item from Alberta store to Mississauga to ensure i get my stuff on time. Great service!
