R	Rebecca Britten on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well recently I have had an awful experience after chipping my tooth on a foreign object found in a Nature Valley Crunch Toasted Almond bar. Long story short General Mills sent me 4 free coupons for more product and in the mean time I was dealing with excruciating pain having to get my molar pulled which in total has cost me out of pocket $1300 plus time off work pain and suffering not including a missing molar in my mouth. Hoping to have something done about this matter.

I pour out 5 bowls of cereal, for my 2 year old, 4 year old, 9 year old and his 2 friends. As I start to put milk in the first bowl my 9 year old notices something in one of the bowls... Picks it up out of the bowl and it's like a pill... Why is there a pill in my children's cereal.... Whatever it is Its hard and looks like maybe an Advil 400... What if I missed this ? I have brought awareness to a lot of people... I've posted it on Facebook and in every group I am apart of .. I've posted it up on inatagram and Twitter in hopes that nobody else ends up feeding it to their child ?? so scary !!!!!

I am familiar with Nature Valley as the Peanut Almond and Dark Chocolate are my favorite for snacking during a golf game, 4 in a box for them. Saw the Nature Valley Crunchy Roasted Almond as well as Oats and Honey thinking that would be good. Saw big number 10 on the box. Picked up 5 boxes. Easy choice I thought. WRONG!! In the smaller print it says 2 in each package. Didn't see that until I ran out of the bars. There are only 5 packages in each box. I certainly could not fill 50 lunch bags. That was very disappointing. Whoever chose that information on the package, certainly didn't have to pack lunches. There may have been 10 individual bars inside all the packages but only 5 packages in each box. VERY MISLEADING. SHAME ON YOU FOR MISINFORMATION. And of course shame on me for not reading the fine print. Won't make that mistake again. Will choose another product next time. I called the consumer hot line with my complaint, however I don't think the agent understood my dilemma. She continued to quote that there are actually 10 bars in the box. Someone else who has likely never packed lunches. That's all I have to say. Thank you for allowing me to speak my peace.
