★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very friendly people however they are extremely expensive. My bearing they said would take approx 2 hours to repair and total would be $460.
I went to another mechanic and paid $240 tax included labor installed. The bearing took the mechanic 25 minutes to do work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's obviously stressful to be involved in an accident in which your car has to be towed away, but Brad, Belle and Dave were all so polite, kind, supportive, patient and informative. Such a pleasant, down to earth bunch of people providing a service you hope you never have to use.

I called to inquire about the contents of the car and how we could coordinate delivery to his home since I am long distance to him. From the moment I spoke to Krys, I was reassured and knew I was in good hands. Krys packed the boxes and had them delivered. Called me both before and after delivery. I couldn't have asked my own sister to be this thorough. Thank you and am so grateful to have had the pleasure of using your services. God bless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service! I called for help twice during this winter and on both occasions Dave from American Auto showed up. He was was super friendly and professional. On the second call, I thought I had a transmission problem. Dave inspected my car and told me that my brakes were jammed. He showed me how to loosen the brakes and he cancelled my service call so I would not be charged, as agreed. In summary he drove his towing truck to my place, inspected my car on a freezing day for about 10 minutes and he did not get paid at all:)!!! You just don’t see honest people like this these days. All turned out well thanks to the professional service of American Auto. I will highly recommend them.
