I have been recommending Ambienti to my friends and family for years! They have the finest array of high-end furniture in Montreal and the staff are always friendly and knowledgeable.

This review is for my grandfather who attempted to purchase a sofa for my family for Christmas. Please please look elsewhere for any furniture. This company only seems to be interested in money and not customer service. A custom sofa was ordered from a salesman named antonito back on september 9th for Christmas. After a discussion with this salesman, it was later found that they charged a credit card 2100$ without authorization. After discussion with the store owner, it was resolved to move forward with the purchase. It was further advised by the store owner (Maria) that a delivery would be completed prior to Christmas and on a Saturday - the only available days to accept the delivery). A delivery was confirmed for December 21st with josie over email - in which she advised that a balance of 4000$ would be required before sending her delivery men out. Upon a discussion with a staff member named Josie - my grandfather was advised that the discussion with Antonito was that the 2100$ charge was accepted and the balance would be paid upon completion of the delivery. Upon assurances that nothing would be wrong with the delivery, they still insisted upon payment prior to delivery to which they were repeatedly advised that the discussions with a Antonito advised payment would be processed upon delivery and inspection. They are much more interested in trying to change their policy after an order and collecting money rather than providing customer service. Given that there are many alternatives to this store to purchase Taylor king (a fact that was learned perhaps a little late) pleade look elsewhere if you want to be treated with respect and honesty. Unfortunately, we will now be without seating over the holidays. At this point he is waiting on the company to refund the charge as they are unwilling to stay true to their employees promises. Will update as events warrant.

Very nice furniture in store! Be wary of the sakes staff and the store!! My wife and I were browsing in the store and found a great piece that we wanted to buy. Of course, there are no price tags on it so we got the assistance of their staff. After a quick discussion about the price, my wife started talking to another couple(she does that) that were interested in the exact same piece. She thought that if we were both going to buy it we might get a better price(shes great that way). It turns out that both of us were given different prices - by $900!! Some shady business seems to be happening here. We decided (obviously) not to purchase any of our future here. If they are selling things that way God only knows what else is going on.
