★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Voilà un peu plus de 3 ans que nous avons fait affaire avec cette compagnie et nous sommes très très dessus de la qualité des matériaux le placage commence a décoller a des endroits ou il n’y a pas d’humidité au prix ou sont les cuisines ils pourraient ce forcer.
S’il y avait des étoiles en négatif je leurs donnerait un -5 étoiles Ikea est certainement meilleurs.
We have been dealing with this company for a little over 3 years and we are very very good at the quality of the materials. The veneer starts to take off at places where there is no moisture at the price or are the kitchens they could force it.
If there were negative stars I would give them a -5 star Ikea is certainly better.

Que le personnel est efficacement présent, disponible à souhait, et ne compte pas ses heures pour élaborer la meilleure réponse au besoin exprimé ? Que les cuisines en exposition ne sont qu'une infime exposition du savoir faire de l'entreprise ? ... et qu'il plane sur le lieu une douce brise de savoir faire et de soucis du détail.
What to say about this high-end kitchen designer? How amazing is the showroom? That the staff are efficiently present, available at will, and do not count their hours to develop the best response to the expressed need? That the kitchens on display are only a tiny exhibition of the company's know-how? ... and let there be a gentle breeze of know-how and attention to detail.

The team of Denis Couture made us so welcome! We had specific and specific requests, a tight budget and deadline. The girls took up the challenge hands down, and even impressed us along the way. The professionalism of all the speakers was impeccable, from our first meeting in the showroom, to the final touches by the installer. We recommend the Denis Couture team without hesitation!

My issue has been resolved and I am very pleased! Kevin listened to the problem and worked to find an appropriate solution. He kept me informed of all the steps over the past couple of months. He was very professional and a pleasure to work with. I would not hesitate to work with him again. Thank you! Merci!
Update since my original post: Management has followed-up with me to find a solution. They have been very responsive. Turns out my request had fallen into the hands of an employee who is no longer there, which explains the poor follow-up. So far, I am pleased with the new approach, in line with what one should expect from a top service business. Will update when resolved.
Initial post: I agree with other reviews. Over the years, we had seen gorgeous ads from Cuisine Denis Couture and wanted to work with them when we renovated our house. We have a big kitchen, so the overall project was quite expensive. We wanted to work with a reputable company and were ready to pay the extra price. We were very pleased with the design. We should have worried a bit when we realized that the installation was done by a subcontractor who clearly had no strong relationship with CDC (mistakes were made). But the worst part is the after-sales service. Turns out that despite the high price we paid, the quality of the product was not where it should have been and material started falling apart after a couple of years. I was not expecting everything to last 25 years, but I was certainly not expecting it to look used and old after 3 years. When I contacted them, I had to follow-up numerous times and in the end, the answer was "sorry, there's nothing we can do to help you". Do not spend your money there.
