★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DONT EVER GO TO THIS JEWELRY EVEN BY MISTAKE. THE OWNER, AN OLD MAN, IS A HORRIBLE, AWFUL, IRRITATING MAN. HE DOESN'T LIKE ANY CUSTOMERS. GO TO ANY OTHER JEWELRY IN MONTRÉAL.
I THINK HE OPENED THIS SHOP TO ADJUST HIS TAX PAYMENT TO CHEAT 'CRA'.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing buying experience. Love the new business model, which focuses on a personalized buying experience. The team listens to your needs (and vision) and delivers. I asked for a custom bracelet for my TAG (that I also bought at Everest Jewellers) and I got it! More to come.
I also saw the comment on the buying experience with Bob. Not true! I do hope that this not meant to impact the new administration and business model... That would be sad!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For a small shop one would expect excellent service, but that was not the case. They have ready made jewelry rather than accessories for the Do It Yourself bead er, They are overpriced with limited selection and I will not be returning nor recommending this shop. Big fail!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super arrogant. I asked about quality of repairs if done with real gold both owner and worker looked at each other and laughed saying we dont repair. Feeling insulted I explained that we got had where repairs where horribly done, he started laughing so loud. I left. I know where not to go.

A necklace handmade in 1973 by Kai-Yin Lo, renowned Hong Kong jewelry designer of one of a kind pieces, was left to be restrung. I explained that the center piece had to be turned in one direction to overcome the fact that the two strings of tiny beads that held it to the rest of the large and small beads and stones were unequal in length.
My instructions were ignored and when I tried to explain how the work should have been done, the owner rudely responded and told me that she had restrung my necklace, is a designer and knows best. I paid and fled.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience. Would NOT recommend. It’s a shame bc their pieces are nice and I would’ve continued to go to their place more often if the owners weren’t straight up rude. As someone mentioned, I kept ignoring the bad service and went back but it seems they think it’s fine to talk to a customer in a disrespectful way. I asked for the best price (as is normal for Indian jewelry shops) and the dad said to his son, well let’s increase it to 800$ and then reduce it back to $390 so she’ll be happy. Seemed he thought I was dumb. The dad also insinuated I was mad, even though I was smiling and laughing and friendly towards them. For these reasons, I walked out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service ever. The owner was unnecessarily rude and impatient. Received sarcastic comments and rude behavior every time we visited the shop. The old man is not having business etiquette. Want to show that, they are the best in Canada.
You will not get proper receipts. If you will ask they will give simply offline receipts included all taxes. Not sure how they are running a business.
I don't have options to select single * Star options. else I must have given that only. Unprofessional, rude in answers, never tell correct rate. The best example of a cheater.
I think his son is good with talk and he should come in front if want to save and grow this business.
Absolutely unprofessional. I'm never going back to this store ever again, no matter how good their products are. I wish there was an option to rate 0.
I would not suggest anyone visit this shop if you have a bit of love with your money.
