★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was referred to Amber Auto Body by an ICBC adjuster. From the very first phone call to the completion of the work I received excellent customer service. My vehicle is older and I knew there may be some challenges in getting parts and Carl, the owner, went above my expectations in trying to get replacement parts, and going all the way to Chilliwack to get the door that was needed. Carl kept me informed throughout the process- I never wonder what was happening. My vehicle was given back to me looking like new again and was even cleaned inside and out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best autobody shop I've been too. I have brought all my vehicles I have owned and my family member's vehicles. Always see top quality work in a good timely manner. Everytime I've dropped a vehicle off be it a icbc claim or personal fix I have gotten great service at a more than reasonable price. It's awesome that a courtesy car is offered even if I need one or not.The owner has even offered me a ride home or to the skytrain. The owner is great to work with and always offers great advice. I have even dropped by with questions and he always has answers or recommendations on where to go. I always recommend my friend and family to this shoo and wouldn't hesitate to go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great guy, cares about his customers a lot. I needed aftermarket body panels for my mangled 4x4 and he got them for me a lot quicker than I had expected, and for a good price. I also viewed some of Carl's work first hand and it's very well done. I highly recommend Amber auto body, I'll be taking any future projects over there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Carl is a great guy, and his attention to detail is fantastic. Someone hit my car while parking, denting the fender and taking off the bumper. Carl walked me through the process as this was my first accident, and the car looks better than before the accident.
All in all, great guy, great body shop, fantastic and quick service! Definitely recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This shop has earned my trust after having me and my wife's claims handle by them. I have always received the best of custom service, care, attention to details and repair work well done. Carl, the gentleman who runs the shop and looked after us, is a well of knowledge when it comes to autobody repairs, everything was clearly explained to me, provided me a peace of mind while my vehicle is there and always been pleased with the end product. Please don't let this little shop and not so fancy exterior fool you, beyond the the mild exterior, there is a group of talented craftsmen, that treats you like a family. I highly recommend this shop!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the best auto body shop in the lower mainland!!! Carl and his dad Adam were fantastic in helping me deal with ICBC and did a fabulous job on my car. They go above and beyond do make you feel like they really care and they made my car look brand new.
Also they did the same for my mom's car and went above and beyond to make sure that everything was done to the highest level and even did some extras for her. Really a great place and wonderful really great people running it. I highly recommend it.
